Santiago de Letras brings books and culture to the town square on 3 and 4 October
The second Santiago de Letras festival will bring authors, readers and families together in Santiago del Teide for a book fair, workshops, poetry, music and children's activities.

Santiago del Teide town square will host the second Santiago de Letras festival on 3 and 4 October 2026. Admission to the cultural event, held under the theme Letters to the sky, is free.
Books and activities for all ages
The event will bring together authors from the Canary Islands and elsewhere in Spain, readers, families, bookshops and cultural projects. The programme includes literary conversations, workshops, poetry, music, activities for children and young people, and a new edition of the Book Fair.
The festival will begin on Saturday with a street parade and the official opening. Activities continue throughout Saturday and on Sunday morning, ending at 14:00.
