Santiago del Teide Cycle Tour 2026
A 51 km cycle tour on 6 September 2026, starting in Tamaimo, with registration until 2 September and a timed final climb.
The 12th Santiago del Teide Cycle Tour takes place on Sunday 6 September 2026, starting at 09:00 from Plaza Abelardo González in Tamaimo. The municipal sports programme gives an overall schedule of 09:00 to 13:30, with start and finish in the same square.
The 51 km route leaves Tamaimo and passes through Santiago del Teide town, Arguayo, Chío, Guía de Isora, Armeñime, Alcalá and Puerto de Santiago before returning to Tamaimo. The final 6 km uphill section is timed competitively and determines the classification.
Participants must be at least 18 and may be federated or non-federated. Road, mountain and electric bicycles are admitted. Check the official regulations for equipment and final conditions.
Registration closes on 2 September or when places sell out. The announced fee is €20 for the general public and €10 for registered Santiago del Teide residents. Register through the Chronotrack Canarias link published by the council. Arrive early because traffic controls and the event setup may affect access and parking.
